We will often offer a free 15-minute Dicscovery Call (there is no obligation to book anything afterwards) first to discuss your training requirements. 

This enables us to find out a bit more information from you, and it gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and work out if we could be a good fit for you and your dog. If you then wish to book a session or package, we can arrange a mutually convenient day/time for training. Sessions and packages can also be booked without a Discovery Call, if you're happy to book straight away!

We only use force-free, positive reinforcement. These are science based and modern techniques. As a full member of the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) I am obligated to follow their stringent code of ethics. These methods are the most kind and effective training methods.

We ask that any dog who has been sick or had diarrhoea in the last 48 hours does not have a session during this period. A poorly dog (even if they seem okay!) will react differently to scenarios and progress may be hindered or even set-back!

We ask for at least 48 hours notice with any cancellation, however fees are non-refundable. We will do our best to be an accomodating as possible - as we do understand that sometimes life happens!

Generally, if it's a bit of rain the session will still go ahead - just bring a warm coat! However if it is very hot, or we deem it unsafe for whatever reason (thunderstorms, snow etc.) then we will ask that the session be rescheduled. 

In some cases where your dog is fearful/reactive and we are relying on other dogs/people being around in a local park to work through the issues at a safe distance from the trigger, we may offer to reschedule in poor weather if it's unlikely that we'll see anyone. We don't want to waste your time or a valuable session!
